Marital Counseling
Using multiple modalities, Ms. Curl helps affect change by teaching couples communication techniques as well as helping them recognize the underlying issues that may be affecting their relationship.  She uses various techniques to help navigate through the various issues couples present. Also offered is pre-marital therapy which is often most helpful before the wedding is planned.    

 

Family Counseling

Family counseling can be dynamic and healing. It is often important for all the members of the family to be present for understanding of the dynamics involved.  Families are often surprised how a few sessions may create a decrease in the stress they are experiencing.  

 

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is based on specific issues which the client presents in therapy. During your session, Ms. Curl encourages you to discuss your problems so that she can help you move toward an effective resolution. Often prior relationships, trauma, physical issues,school,  and social issues may be the cause of the discomfort.  Ms. Curl utilizes numerous techniques to deal with the wide array of presenting issues.
